job description

Provides technical assistance to customers in identifying parts for replacement purposes.

Provides customer support regarding part numbers, pricing orders, etc.

Fields customer complaints regarding sold product and determines if it should be forwarded to warrant or be handled internally.

Maintain and follow up on status of ECR's and communicate to team.

Write up and data entry of new customer service purchase orders in TCM.

Assist in preliminary tech support for product issues and escalate as needed.

Input and check customer (order entry) orders.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm


Requires an Associate's degree in business or something comparable and at least 4 years related experience.
