Accounting Manager

A Waterbury area property management company is seeking an Accounting Manager.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

  • Cost reduction analysis

  • Report key business metrics to management

  • Assist with budget preparation

  • Analysis of project costs

  • Variance analysis

  • Cash flow analysis

  • Mentor accounting team

  • Risk assessment

  • Maintain internal controls

  • Month-end close activities

Qualifications:

  • CPA preferred, not required

  • BS in Accounting

  • Five plus years of supervisory experience

  • Strong accounting system skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation: $70-85K depending on experience
