Our fast growing company is looking to add a driven Office Manager to our team. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office.
You'll be managing a medium size office, looking for an organized individual.
The working hours are 830AM-5:30PM
Pay rate is $15.00-$19.00 per hour
-Holds periodic staff meetings to assure coordination of efforts
-Assist in preparing payroll and accounting
-Controlling correspondence and managing filing systems
-Oversees the clerical budget and creates reports for management
-Ability to multitask and detail-oriented with good management of time
Prepare and process correspondence, travel arrangements, expense reports and other documents.
Previous supervisory experience is required
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience with computers and Microsoft Office
Outgoing personality and experience working with general public
Excellent organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Trustworthy, reliable, independent worker
2 years of Office Management related experience
