Maintenance Supervisor

Position is to supervise, train, and lead a group of employee (mechanics, planners, storeroom personnel, ect.) to meet initial requirements for strategically grouped production equipment belongs to single or large department, facilities maintenance, and maintenance or auxiliary/production support equipment.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include supervising, training, and assessing and developing maintenance department personnel skills to meet objectives and goals. Planning, prioritizing, and executing day to day assignment. Assessing short term and long term needs for their area of responsibility. Implementing preventative and predictive maintenance procedure and processes.

Make sure safety goals are met. Communicate with both up and down the organization on key issues and across all shifts. Train maintenance department workforce to meet plant policies and other rules and policies.

Working hours: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
