The Call Center Specialist will be responsible to receive and input information regarding accidents, incident, spill, contamination, workers comp claim into the claims system. When responding to accidents or incidents, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for determining if a driver qualifies for a DOT vs Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing; making all customer and state notifications if applicable; and send out emails with complete loss reports to appropriate terminals and distribution list. In addition this role will handle breakdowns, fuel card issues, electronic logs, inquiries, trailer tracking, and follow-up on invoices when comchecks or express checks are issued.
Ideal candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The work hours for this position are weeknights 5:00pm-12:00am, then every other weekend, Saturday or Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm
Working hours: Monday-Friday 5pm-12am and Saturday 8am-8pm
