Level 3 Support - O365

job summary:

A client of ours in the Houston area is looking for a Level 3 Support - O365. Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:

location: Spring, Texas

job type: Contract

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Associates



Responsible for 3 rd level support and consultancy on Outlook / O365 / email applicaions, including Office 365, Outlook incidents and problems, Outlook client-side end-user problem, incident and request resolution on thin clients and fat clients in enterprise environment.


Qualified Skills:

  • Associate's Degree (2-year degree) or higher in Information Technology or another field with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Information Technology dealing with Office 365 / Outlook design, maintenance and end user support.

  • Experience with escalation of major support issues for full resolution.

  • Knowledge of ITIL standards and best practices concerning Change control and ticket deadline management.

  • Global environment experience to include 24x7 environments.

  • Must have a level of proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs

  • Lotus Notes/Domino expertise is an added bonus.


  • Excellent communication skills required.

  • Work hours typically include regular daytime hours; the job holder is on call outside of regular hours to resolve significant issues; "on-call" typically means one to two calls per week, but some weeks can be more. Much of the work is deadline based, which can require extended hours at critical times. Some meetings may be held in the evening hours.
