Data Entry Referrals Clerk needed in Southfield, MI 48034

Duration: 07/16/2018 - 11/15/2018

Pay: $10.15/hour

Shift/Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM / 9AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

This position involves reviewing call center referrals, excel spreadsheets, paper forms, and online reference resources to determine what effective date should be used to cancel Dependent Life Insurance and then making the proper updates in the record keeping system.

Dependable ? Work Monday through Friday

? Ability to work overtime during week or possibly Saturday

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:

PC Knowledge required (Microsoft Word and Excel)

--Excellent data entry skills required

--Work with confidential files

--Excellent oral and written communication skills

Qualifications:

Ability to deal with people in stressful situations

? Analytical ability and good judgment
