Our software client with an office located in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a hard-working office manager. This is a position that will entail a combination of Administrative and Office Manager duties but most importantly someone that has great business acumen and aptitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the regular office tasks and procedures

  • Keeping inventory of all office supplies and ordering supplies as necessary

  • Maintain office cleanliness and safety

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, conduct follow-up calls for future appointments

  • Accounts payable & accounts receivable as needed

  • Be able to answer any HR related questions (benefits, payroll etc.)

  • All ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm


--2+ years experience in office management or 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting

--Salesforce, ADP or Sharepoint experience are all nice to haves

--High attention to detail and a passion for timelines and deliverables

--Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Powerpoint, Excel) preferred

--Knowledge of Google office tools a nice to have

--Able to work both independently and in a team setting

--Ability to multi-task, be pro-active, and take on new challenges
