Duration: 5/29/18-7/31/18 - with the possibility of extension

Hour: $15.00/hr

Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

Specific Duties:

  1. Coordinate outbound patient calls and subsequent follow-up calls

  2. Assist in patient phone number research to help increase pharmacist consultation

  3. Provide outstanding customer service to all inbound/outbound calls

  4. Performs auxiliary functions essential to the efficient operation of the department.

Working hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Skills:

Must have qualifications/experience:

  1. Must have strong customer service, communication, computer, and data entry skills

  2. Experience communicating both verbally and in writing to various audience

  3. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
