job description

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality of the department's activities

Support marketing executives in organizing various projects

Provide general support to 9 Managers and 45 Sales Reps

Assist with executive requests and queries

Assist with the marketing directors requests

Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Book travel arrangements

Submit and reconcile expense reports

Act as the point of contact for internal office personnel and external customers

Prepare promotional presentations

Create marketing literature for our products

Answer and direct phone calls

Organize and schedule appointments

Plan large meetings of 75-225 attendees

Working hours: 8-5
