Our Client is approaching their busy season. Their volume of delivers will nearly double. They are need of a team player who can jump right in and assist with the workload.

• Auditing paperwork that Delivery Drivers turn in when returning from a call.

• Verifying with both the customer and driver that the appliances delivered and services performed are correct.

• Data Entry.

• Ensuring drivers are paid accordingly to the services provided.

• Customer service.

• Being knowledgeable on the available inventory.

• Scheduling and routing deliveries to customers.

• Willingness to jump in, learn and take on new responsibilities if needed.

Working hours: M - F 12 pm to 5 pm

Skills:

• Detail Oriented

• Communication Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Team Player

• Multitasking

• Well written

• Data Entry experience

• Customer Service Experience

• Experienced in delivery or dispatching
