job description

  • Serves as liaison between Benefit Solution HQ office and the Business Development Executives (BDEs); provides administrative support to the BDEs assigned

  • Works with the Market Trainer and WWHQ to serve as a subject matter expert in the design and development of associate/coordinator training materials around the support and continued drive to produce premium in existing accounts; implementation and coordination of the delivery of appropriate materials to effectively present approved training programs to the field force; coordinates and delivers the introduction of new or revised management and associate training, automation programs and other programs and techniques to associates and coordinators in the field


? Assists with the development of client presentations and edits as necessary for the BDEs based on their need at any given time; partners with the Compliance Division to ensure presentations meet all regulatory requirements

? Keys information on top brokers accounts into the system and ensures that information is current and accurate; compiles and keys information on accounts into the department database making sure information is current and accurate for reporting purposes

? Performs data entry to update database and/or spreadsheet information; completes relevant logs, forms, etc., and prepares all supporting documentation required to process each transaction

? Works with other departments and/or performs database or manual file research to respond to customer inquiries; provides and collects information; reviews account activity reports to audit transactions processed and routes errors or questionable transactions identified to the appropriate team member for action

? Maintains effective and accurate electronic or manual filing systems that provide a quick-reference database for transactions and other department activities; logs, stamps, copies, and prepares documents for imaging; maintains an up-to-date procedure manual that provides accurate step-by-step procedures to accomplish all assigned tasks

? Performs other related duties as required

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

  • Evaluates data, forms conclusions and presents recommendations to Market Directors and Territory Vice Presidents in the area of, but not limited to, Asset Management Strategies; participates in territory meetings, trade shows, territory activities, special events, seminars, etc.; stays abreast of industry-related trends and prepares summaries of important trends for management use
