Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

Randstad Non-Clinical Healthcare is seeking outstanding Healthcare Customer Service Representative! You will be working for a well-known client of ours and will be the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and service requests.


-6 weeks of training

-Acts as first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and service requests received in the Shared Services Contact Center through email, phone, and web portal channels.

-Inbound and Outbound calls, to include making payment plans with customers

-Viewing 4 different systems simultaneously ability to multi-task and work with multiple monitors

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM


-Experience working in a healthcare setting

Nice to have skills:

-Bilingual- Spanish - a plus but successful candidate need not be bilingual

-Working in a service delivery environment


High School


Entry Level


-High School Diploma (Diploma or GED)

Able to work shift options below:

30 hours per week: 6 hours per day, 5 days per week

Variable 6 hr shift: Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:30 pm

-6 months or more working in a call center or customer service experience
