Established and successful Global company in the Richmond area is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their local manufacturing plant.

· HR Business Partner with experience working in a global organization

· Full range knowledge of HR with emphasis on workforce planning, development and employee relations

· Experience with blue collar/manufacturing associate base

· Will be a strong coach for business managers - leading and developing people

· The company is heavily matrixed, you will need to understand their complexity. The HR organizational chart is aligned to region but then also dotted to the global structure

· Sense of urgency and desire to work well with other lines of business


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related

  • 8+ years of HR experience, to include strategic consultation and influencing leaders

  • Knowledge of HR regulations and laws, both Federal and State

  • Experience with internal investigations, complaints and EEO
