Randstad is currently seeking individuals for a large financial firm in the central phoenix area. We are searching for dedicated individuals that can help provide operational and trading support for independent fee-based investment advisors. You will be responsible for:
Handling all internal data fulfillment requests
Manage and prioritize incoming tasks from multiple queues.
Provide problem resolution to Registered Investment Advisors in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
Internal communication will include the sales and service teams
External communication will be working with new or existing clients and vendors.
Working hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Flexible
--Some customer service experience, preferably in the brokerage/financial industry.
--Strong attention to detail
--Basic knowledge of computer desktop and the ability to navigate efficiently through multiple operating platforms.
--CRM experience-basic experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
