We are currently seeking experienced candidates for an immediate permanent opening with a Residential Construction Company. This is a temp to perm Admin. position with room for growth and management opportunities are available. Candidates with residential construction (pool enclosures, screen rooms, pavers) industry are highly preferred as well as those with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities may include and not limited to:

  • Processes Job Files to determine scope of work, analyzing the job accurately and in detail.

  • Schedule various project phases to meet Estimated Completion Date and optimizing labor utilization.

  • Coordinates work with employees, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.

  • Provides customers with the necessary information throughout the scheduling and installation process offering the highest level of Customer Service.

  • Create invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, change orders, etc.

  • Collect and process payments.

  • Process service and warranty requests.

  • Effective communication with all internal departments and team members as well as subcontractors, vendors, building departments and customers to quickly resolve issues and manage project to completion.

  • Responsible for other operational projects as assigned.

Working hours: M-F 8-5

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in the Construction Industry

  • Project management experience

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal skills

  • Effective people skills and a team player

  • Able to multitask utilizing excellent organization and time management skills for effective project coordination and follow up

  • Able to work in a fast pace environment, enthusiastic and energetic

  • Customer Service experience

  • Flexible and very attentive to details

  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel
