A leading client located in Northbrook, IL is seeking candidates to fill an immediate, temporary, Customer Service Representative position.
Are you ready to assist customers with any questions or inquiries regarding this company's products? Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of Automotive Aftermarket products that are typically sold in a retail store setting.
Field customer calls regarding product knowledge, order information, pricing issues, and freight issues
Process debits and credits to customers in order to resolve billing discrepancies
Return Material Authorizations for miss-shipments, damages, and quantity issues
Process orders, follow up with distributors to ensure on-time delivery, and verify and approve credits and invoices with servicing distributors
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
SAP experience required
At least 2-3 years of Full Cycle Customer Service experience required
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
-$18 per hour
-Temporary - 33-40 hours/week
-Immediately available for benefits through Randstad
