Customer Service Agent - Fluent Cantonese

We are interviewing for a customer service position in downtown Manhattan. Qualified candidates must be fluent in Cantonese. This opportunity is with a large company in Manhattan and we are hiring friendly, customer service oriented candidates for this full time position.


Working with the facility case manager to resolve patient issues concerning schedule changes, routing suggestions, provider changes, etc.

Coordinate with facility social workers to get updated lists of patient addresses.

Compare provider trip logs with prescheduled trip confirmations received from facilities

Interact with social security professionals regarding patient trips via email or fax

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM


Must be fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese

Hours are flexible shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday - Saturday


Must be able to type 35 WPM

1-2 years of experience in a call center environment required.

HS Diploma required
