responsibilities:

The Finance group creates and provides reporting packages that facilitate the review of company performance. Additionally, the group is responsible for company-wide planning and forecasting activities, financial analysis, and interfaces with the company's regions on key issues and topics. Within the Global FP&A group, this position reports to the Finance Manager.

Coordination of monthly forecast, annual operating plan, and annual strategic plan financial consolidation.

Provide oversight to all global entities to ensure the development of monthly forecast processes and analytical details meet the expectations of executive leadership.

Prepare and analyze income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts for management review.

Understand and be able to communicate profit reconciliation principles to the regional finance personnel.

Collaborate with the Regional Finance Directors and their financial planning teams to create executive presentations detailing forecast and related financial planning initiatives.

Coordinate annual planning and forecasting of corporate overheads.

qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years financial analysis experience.

The candidate must possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate needs the ability to work with minimal supervision, be detail-oriented and flexible, as well as be able to effectively deal with ambiguity and uncertainty. The candidate should possess an initiative for producing exceptional results and maintaining accountability throughout the company.
