Randstad Assistant Market Manager, Recruiting in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Position Objective

The primary objective of the Assistant Market Manager I is to sell Randstad’s staffing solutions to prospective clients, expand current business within current Clients, and recruit the best talent to make the match between clients’ staffing needs and candidates’ skills and experience while serving as the team lead of the unit. The Assistant Market Manager I delivers a high level of service excellence to our candidates and our clients and will:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multi-task and effectively prioritize workload

  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills

  • Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity

  • Ability to identify customer’s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations accordingly

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities

  • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred

Work Experience

  • 4-6 years business experience with a minimum of three years in sales or customer service
