Analyst- Treasury

job summary:

Now Hiring a Senior Treasury Analyst! Responsibilities will evolve to include banking relationships, PCI compliance, and debt holder relationships.

responsibilities:

  • Reconcile the Treasury Workstation US activity and upload to the general ledger

  • Book daily cash entries

  • Assist with general banking requests, questions and research

  • Prepare, analyze, and report 8-week rolling cash forecasts to for US and Canada on a weekly basis

  • Prepare monthly accrual package for intercompany notes/revolvers (US and Canada)

  • Monitor and account for activity in intercompany accounts

  • Prepare Blue Book and Blue Book Cash Flow

  • Prepare annual bank fee and interest expense budget

  • Prepare other reconciliations and accounting entries as assigned

qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance

  • Broad knowledge of accounting practices and procedures

  • Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in Accounting, Financial systems or Treasury

  • Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively with all levels and function in the organization

  • Ability to plan, organize and see projects to completion while managing deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience working with mathematical calculations and complex operational situations
