Are you ready to grow your customer service career? Randstad has an immediate opening for a customer service supervisor, to lead and provide daily direction to a team of 15-20 specialists in a call center environment, to ensure that their teams provide exceptional service to customers while exceeding weekly KPI's.


Provide daily direction to your team, and work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations

Perform quality assurance activities

Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and administer disciplinary actions as needed

Working hours: 8 AM - 9 PM


The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in a supervisory role, with their ability to lead and communicate effectively. They will have ability to manage time to meet deadlines while managing their team to meet the expected KPI's.


Over 2 years of experience managing people

Bachelor's degree
