Are you interested in working for a food manufacturing plant located here in Fresno, CA just 1 mile East from HWY-99? This company is a food manufacturing plant that makes different types of sauces and they are looking for a quality control technician who can grow with the company!! There is opportunity to get hired at the job site and once you do, the company does offer a pay incentive and benefits!


As a QC Technician, you will work in 2 or 3 departments and you will section inspecting the product and documenting the finished product. This company makes sauces such as enchiladas sauce, taco sauces, spaghetti sauce, organic sauces, bbqs sauces, and much much more.

Working hours: 6 AM - 12 AM


  • Must be able to print legibly

  • Must be familiar with units of weight, heat measurements, chemical names and strengths of chemical agents.

  • Must be attentive, very observant, and detailed in your work

  • Detect color change in chemical reactions


Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a rotating schedule based on production needs
