JOB SUMMARY:

The VMS Performance Analyst II serves as the Vendor Management System (VMS) functional / technical expert for an implementation life cycle from the end of the sales cycle through program launch by designing, developing and validating the end-to-end solution design utilizing a VMS technology. This person oversees all VMS related activities, including gathering requirements, data and solution analysis, solution design, sign-off and documentation, system configuration/conversion, change management, testing, solution validation and training while leading all other VMS functional groups in a project matrix reporting structure during implementations.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • College degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of three (3) years in Support Analyst role

  • 3+ years of contingent management or service industry experience

  • 3+ years post implementation support experience in MSP VMS vertical

  • MSP, VMS, Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, project or release management, process development, sales presentation, consultation, sales support, and staffing industry experience a plus

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Process re-engineering, solution design and development including technology integration and implementation experience

  • Strong Project Management methodology experience in planning, integration, resource, risk, cost and scope management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Project, Visio, Access, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Ability to work as a team or with minimal supervision

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with all levels across the organization in order to influence performance

  • Comfortable working in a environment with ever changing priorities

  • Possess a strong analytical background with demonstrated ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from complex operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data

  • Experience describing and documenting specific requirements

  • Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
