Accounting Clerk

Randstad Professionals has an opening for an Accounting Clerk for one of our leading clients in the Framingham area. This is a long term temporary opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain AP filing system weekly, or daily (as needed).

  • Stamp, sort, code and enter incoming AP invoices for multiple locations daily.

  • Compare vendor/subcontractor invoices to purchase orders or contracts to verify quantities, price, payment terms, freight charges, extensions, etc.

  • Research and request information from new vendors as needed.

  • Prepare various daily, weekly, monthly, annual and job-to-date reports.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree - Preferred
