Company is looking for an experienced Carpet Claims Manager to become part of their management team. They are an established floor covering company in Dalton, GA with great benefits and opportunities. Their benefit plan includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Aflac, and paid vacation & holidays. The primary responsibility of the Claims Manager will be to ensure customer claims are managed and processed in a timely manner & according to company guidelines and that the customer is satisfied.
-Review and Enter all carpet claims received
-Process declines / approvals based on research
-Monitor testing & independent inspection reports
-Manage all carpet returns
-Respond to telephone inquiries in a professional manner
-Ensure deadlines are met & claims are closed within the given time frame
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Good communication because required to work with other departments including production and sales
-General math skills (including fractions, percentages, measurements, etc.)
-Ability to work without direct supervision
-At least 3 years carpet claims experience.
-Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
