Randstad Technologies is hiring! We're seeking 10 Night-Shift Network Operations Analysts to help us transition our current team to day-shift.

Network Operations Analyst (System Monitoring):

In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis of system performance to ensure optimal processing efficiency. You'll work closely with IT Technical and Application Support teams in identifying and resolving processing issues and will develop and administer multiple software packages involved in the analyzing of system and batch performance.

Mainly detecting/performing problem determination, analysis and execution of corrective action, create and maintain various analytical reports utilized by both technical and business owners.Most of your activities will be centered around the monitoring and maintenance of predictive modeling tools that proactively assess processing performance and future client needs as directed.

What We are Seeking:

  • Talented individuals who can work 3 days on, 4 days off on a rotating schedule (24x7 monitoring--so you will have a rotating schedule). Shifts are 6pm est. to 6 am est.

  • Network Operations/Analyst backgrounds--Specifically with a main focus on tool monitoring/systems monitoring role.

  • 2+ years' experience in monitoring/maintenance of:

Middleware (MQ Messaging), Linux/Unix, Mainframe experience.(HP, IBM, LINUX, DB2 Mainframe environment)

- Experience with (as many as you have): Omegamon, BFM & OMI (both HP tools), Control Center, Connect Direct, Spectrum (for network traffic monitoring) Fluke, PRGT, Splunk, Dynatrace

  • CCNA, some Windows or Unix/Linux Certifications, etc. are a plus but NOT required.

  • Operations experience with CA, BMC or IBM suite of products--specific to network and distributed system monitoring.

  • Network Operations/Analyst backgrounds--Specifically with a main focus on tool monitoring/systems monitoring role.
