job description

  • Work closely with Business Systems on system patching and system enhancements including testing.

  • Maintain HR process documentation reflecting system enhancements.

  • Develop training collateral to transfer knowledge to HR Operations team reflecting system enhancements / changes, continuously investigate process improvements to maximise efficiencies.

  • Lead and develop system audit compliance procedures and data governance.

  • Work closely with HRBPs / HRDs to deliver first line HR support / advice to managers / employees to enable appropriate decision making.

  • Manage and administer Americas benefit programs.

  • Manage and administer the annual open enrolment process for Americas region including planning, communications and data processing.

  • Administer FMLA and LOA.

  • Manage and implement wellness programs partnering with the Reward COE and other regional operational teams.

  • Keep up-to-date on benefit compliance to ensure USA is complaint.

  • Mentor team members and act as team lead.



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR management, Business Administration, technology related field or a similar discipline
