Work closely with Business Systems on system patching and system enhancements including testing.
Maintain HR process documentation reflecting system enhancements.
Develop training collateral to transfer knowledge to HR Operations team reflecting system enhancements / changes, continuously investigate process improvements to maximise efficiencies.
Lead and develop system audit compliance procedures and data governance.
Work closely with HRBPs / HRDs to deliver first line HR support / advice to managers / employees to enable appropriate decision making.
Manage and administer Americas benefit programs.
Manage and administer the annual open enrolment process for Americas region including planning, communications and data processing.
Administer FMLA and LOA.
Manage and implement wellness programs partnering with the Reward COE and other regional operational teams.
Keep up-to-date on benefit compliance to ensure USA is complaint.
Mentor team members and act as team lead.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR management, Business Administration, technology related field or a similar discipline
- Educated to degree level
