Customer Service Advisor

Our client in the Blue Bell, PA area is currently seeking inbound Customer Service Advisors. This opportunity will be temp-to-perm for the right candidate. The pay range will depend upon experience and range from $14 to $16 per hour. Please see below for duties and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and assisting customers

Must be able to document the call properly while assisting the customer

Navigating multiple programs/screens simultaneously

Adhering to scripts, policies, and procedures

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and CRMs

Former banking experience is preferred as it will be easier for them to learn the services/products

Accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality are the most important soft skills!

Looking for someone who is able to work in a high-pressure, fast- paced environment (outgoing, positive, energetic)

Former experience with electronic applications such as online chat, online banking, mobile banking, and ATM/Debit card transactions (should have personal experience with how these services work. If they have former banking experience - even better)
