Job Description

-Provides administrative support to a funding production department and help assist the department to provide the highest level of service possible. Includes assisting funding through clerical work, organizing, checking voicemail, filing, ad-hoc phone answering and coping documents, file reconciliation.

-Maintain files through making photocopies and faxing or receiving faxed information,

-Maintain files of correspondence & other records

-Performs other related duties as assigned that may not be specifically listed in this position description

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Skills:

Qualifications:

-High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

-1 year of related experience

-Computer/keyboarding proficiency and the ability to follow defined policies and protocols required

-Excellent customer service telephone skills, Ability to solve problems and analyze complex situations under pressure

-Must be able to work independently and have critical thinking skills

-Must have good communication skills & phone manners
