DescriptionOur client is looking for a candidate that will work on the Target Conversion team assisting with scheduling vendors to perform specific work during the conversion roll out.
Responsibilties will include:
Working on the daily work order queues which will consist of reviewing open work orders and assigning them to the correct vendors as needed.
Phone and email follow up with Store Managers and Landlords on open work that are Landlord-responsible in order to get a resolution.
Must be able to multi-task and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM -5PM
3+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Professional customer service, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent judgment and tact along with ability to maintain confidential information
Able to work effectively as a team member and to initiate and take action when necessary
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple workloads with multiple deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
