Randstad is currently looking to hire a Recruiter for a temporary assignment in Winston-Salem. You will be responsible for high volume recruitment of call center candidates for a Fortune 500 client.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit, Source and Attract talented and diverse candidates through creative methods

  • Effectively screen and interview candidates to meet client needs

  • Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview process

  • Able to meet regular delivery and quality metrics

  • Provide updates to management team as required

  • Ensure regulatory as well as client specific process compliance

  • Maintain knowledge of the business supported and market demographics

  • Work within the applicant tracking system

Working hours: 8AM-6PM(VARIES)



  • 2 plus years of recruitment experience, to include talent pool development

  • Able to work with little to no supervision and have a high degree of self-motivation

  • Strong multitasking skills are required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

  • Associates, High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
