This position supports the sales team in the pre-sale and post-sale process and serves as the liaison between various departments.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales team.
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
Ability to work closely with the Sales team and develop Sales strategies
Implement process improvements.
Track important and confidential agreements between the company and the customers.
Approve applications and pricing contracts
Liaison between other departments and the client
Execute procedures and/or responsibilities that directly affects other departments
High school diploma or GED
2-5 years of sales or office administration experience.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office - Excel and Word, knowledge of a Lead generation CRM program, high computer proficiency and literacy
