We are in search of a Paid Search Specialist for a rapidly expanding company. The Paid Search Specialist will be involved in all marketing activity from print and direct mail to trade shows and events. The primary marketing focus for the Paid Search Specialist will be to run the company s online marketing campaigns working directly with the CMO using Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

§ Manage the Paid Search campaigns in Google, Bing, and Yahoo Gemini

§ Handle strategy and execution - from account structure, to bid management and keyword research

§ Leverage local retail locations and drive qualified traffic to retail locations

§ Utilize Google Analytics to understand performance, metrics, and overall campaign success

§ Work with the other internal departments: marketing, IT, sales, finance - to understand priorities, differentiation, and financial goals - and develop campaigns around those goals

§ Responsible for overseeing the other parts of online advertising: display, remarketing, affiliate, shopping feed, seo

§ Work with our social media team to see how Paid Search fits in (i.e. Facebook, Pinterest, etc..) and oversee the paid side to online advertising


§ 5 + years of SEM experience managing Paid Search campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing

§ Either working on the Agency or Client Side - must have direct knowledge, expertise, and experience in managing Paid Search yourself

§ Full familiarity with AdWords Editor or the Online Dashboards of Google and Bing/Yahoo

§ Ideally has experience working on a high end, multi-channel retail business - whereby company is selling online, over the phone, as well as in store - and trying to drive traffic to store

§ In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics,) and ad and website tagging and tracking

§ Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

§ Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

§ Knowledge of current trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

§ Financially savvy and skilled in reporting on all KPI s, marketing performance, user behavior, shopping flows, marketing tests and uncovering insights which provide a better understanding of our customer in order to improve traffic, conversion and financial results

§ Data driven, analytical and comfortable working in a data intensive environment

§ Ability to translate data into actionable insights

§ Hands-on, highly collaborative individual capable of delivering results

§ Adept at building strong relationships with external marketing partners/agencies

§ BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
