When: Tuesday, October 25th from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. As this is an open house, no appointment is necessary

We are located directly above the Farragut North metro stop and across the square from the Farragut West station.

Here is a sample of the Medical Executive Administrative Assistant positions for which we are currently recruiting:

- Salary Range: 65,000 - $75,000 / year

- Schedules appointments for C-level Executive

- Arranges travel and meeting; develops itineraries and agendas

- Drafts letters and documents; collects information

- Prepares event briefing meeting materials

- Attends monthly Board of Directors meetings

- Protects operations by keeping information confidential

- Manages budgets

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm


Candidates that would be in consideration for the position have:

- Minimum of five years of administrative experience

- 1 year within a healthcare organization

- Bachelor's degree
