Seeking a Customer Service Representative who is able to support a fast paced office environment in Washington, DC.

Duties include:

- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm



-- 2+years of office/administrative experience

-- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

-- Effective verbal and written communication skills

-- Self-starter able to work independently and with an administrative team

-- Organized with a strong attention to detail
