DescriptionRandstad is supporting an international nonprofit in Washington, DC with an opening for an administrative assistant to support one of the directors and executive department staff. This position offers an excellent opportunity to interface with various staff in the organization and work on a wide expanse of projects and initiatives. This director and department coordinates and maintains relationships with internal departments, outside constituents, consultants, vendors, and prospective partners.
-Travel arrangements for the executive leaders both domestic and international, including transportation and hotel reservations
-Process travel expenses and reimbursements as well as credit reconciliations via Concur
-Prepare materials, agendas, meeting notes, and presentations for internal and external meetings
-Liaise between departments, track requests, and ensure deadlines are met for events, meetings, projects
-Maintain internal database system including updating contacts through Salesforce
Working hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Skills and Qualifications of this position include, but are not limited to:
-Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives with a nonprofit
-Non profit or association experience highly recommended
-Working candidates encouraged to apply!

-Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
-Demonstrated experience collaborating with high level clients and teams
