Randstad SVP Global Solutions Design in United States

To lead global solutions design for Randstad Sourceright (RSR) through the creation of innovative design, and in partnership with sales, delivery, and other RSR business partners, provide market leading talent acquisition solutions to global clients. Contribute positively to the goal of growing the business, both in revenue and gross profit, in accordance with the company’s budgets and objectives.

Job purpose

To execute on the Randstad Sourceright global growth strategy. Lead the solutions design in support of business development/sales activities across regions, countries and Randstad operating companies. Contribute to the global sales and solutions design team, with the overall purpose of achieving agreed targets/profits and growth in sales revenue and driving innovation and enhancing value to RSR customers. Provide solutions to clients across all levels of recruitment and segments.

Business Development and Client Expansion Management

  • Contribute to achieving new business growth by participating in sessions with prospective clients

  • Maintain and develop industry networks to ensure high RSR profile

  • Ensure alignment with global client solutions and the RSR regions on expansion of existing accounts

  • Support RSR global business development activities

  • Develop creative, innovative solutions for global prospects and targeted existing accounts and ensure all proposals adhere to RSR global pricing strategies

  • Participate the sales process and work with key internal stakeholders in the preparation and delivery of new business pursuits and client/prospect sales presentations

Sales and Solutions Strategy & Planning

  • Development/Enhance RSR’s global solution model and global pricing model

  • Ensure the solution design model is aligned with the RSR global

  • Pro-actively communicate the solution and pricing models strategy to the global Sales & Solutions Design team members and across the RSR regions

Solutions Design

  • Lead global solutions design strategy for RSR globally

  • Create market-leading solutions that provide talent management innovation and progression to global clients

  • Knowledge transfer with the Talent Innovation Center, sales, account management, and clients and incorporate into solution design process as appropriate

  • Ensure that the pricing model is up to date & appropriate

  • Coordinate the legal, financial and logistical implications of designing and pricing global deals


  • 7+ years of combined business, recruiting, and strategic sales leadership

  • Proven track record in innovative and forward thinking client solutions

  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders across operating companies and regions

  • Ability to develop and manage project plans; identify and secure needed resources; escalate conflicting priorities; influence team members and business leaders to successfully

  • Ability to build strong, effective relationships as a leader and team member

  • Solid expertise in the Human Resources, Staffing, Sourcing and Recruiting field

  • The ability to mentor and train solution design team across various industries and geographies

  • Able to deal with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner

  • Strong business acumen, hardworking, high integrity and a strong desire to succeed

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and presentation skills

  • Effective time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Capable of working independently in a self-directed capacity, as well as in a team environment

  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

  • Experience working in a global environment

  • Multi-lingual skills preferred


  • Knowledge of global innovative client solutions in HR and talent acquisition

  • Knowledge of global pricing models

  • Knowledge of HR Technology landscape, trends and alignment with Randstad “tech and touch” strategy

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in HR, recruiting and staffing


  • Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Visio and MS Project

  • Applicable HR country systems

  • Resource Management/Professional Service Automation tools
