Randstad Director, Client Delivery in United States


  • This position has operational and financial responsibility for overall engagement through the strategic application of Company and client resources. Scope includes responsibility for all sites for a particular client and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

  • This position will develop and implement business plans, process, strategy, and skills to improve service delivery and engagement success. This position will also manage delivery of products / services to achieve agreed end results; recognize and pursue opportunities to advance the scope of services offered; and will be the primary owner of the budget, forecast, and P&L management for assigned accounts

  • This position will foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with key clients

  • Develop process, strategy, and skills to improve sales productivity; leader by example particularly in the area of production; manage sale and delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end result; implement business plan; multi-site management; budget/forecast management; foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with key clients


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field

  • Additional education preferred

  • Six Sigma, PHR, SPHR, PMI or similar certifications preferred


  • 5 - 7 years of combined business, recruiting, and operations leadership and demonstrated successes within a complex organization

  • Experience managing a P&L statement, including forecasting

  • 3+ years of experience managing and directing professional recruiters within a client service role


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

  • Experience presenting to C-level executives

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects

  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements

  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements

  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building

  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills

  • Ability to manage multiple teams or a single complex team; escalate conflicting priorities; influence team members and business leaders to successfully execute

  • Ability to negotiate agreements and/or reach consensus with all levels and positions within the organization

  • Ability to build strong, effective relationships as a leader, team member, and Randstad resource
