A well known and prestigious client located in Malvern, PA has an immediate opening for a Legal Administrative Assistant. Our client is often recognized as being one of the world s leading investment management companies and an employer of choice in Chester County, PA. Primary responsibilities are: Answers department phones and responds to internal and external calls. Identifies issues and determines appropriate source for resolution. 80-90% of your time will be spent scheduling and coordinating meetings including on-site client visits or multi-site meetings as requested. Arranges travel accommodations and obtains required approvals. May occasionally be asked to prepares memos, correspondence, reports, or other materials for the business unit, which may include PowerPoint presentations. Uses a variety of software applications including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint Excel, Access, and MS Outlook to prepare materials. Orders and inventories department office supplies as needed. May be responsible for ensuring cost effective inventory levels are maintained for common department materials. Monitors expenditures. Establishes and maintains files for the business unit. May be responsible for coordinating various events and/or responsibilities within the business unit. Greets clients and visitors to the unit, assisting them as needed with directions and other help. May be required to guide visitors to a meeting location.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm (flexible) 37.5 hours per week, overtime may apply as business volumes and needs support


Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience, preferred

A minimum of two years of corporate administrative/secretarial/office experience supporting a legal firm or department, preferred

Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently (unsupervised) and as part of a team.

Demonstrated analytical thinking, flexibility, and adaptability skills needed.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficient with MS Outlook and Office required
