Randstad is seeking for an Account Manager/Sales Specialist who is Bilingual in English and Spanish to support the department's strategic growth strategy by generating sales of identification solutions throughout Latin America and the Carbbean, focusing on end user accounts, resellers, distributors and VARs.

Temp to Hire

Pay 20-24 p/h plus monthly commissions

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Working hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Skills:

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned monthly, quarter and annual sales forecast.

  • Generate written and verbal response to customer inquiries within a timely manner. This includes quotations and negotiating pricing as appropriate

  • Prepares price quotations, proposals, terms of sales, delivery dates, etc., and writes orders subject to Company policy

  • Identify and convert new direct accounts throughout Latin America and the Caribbean through focused telesales, making 35 to 40 calls per day

  • Manage existing distributors in order to maintain/improve performance and to ensure continual sales growth

  • Identify new partners and manage due diligence to expand distribution networks in key growth areas.

  • Must be able to attend 1 to 3 trade shows per year and make 3 to 6 business trips per year to visit existing and potential customers in the sales territory

  • Manage customer orders and overcome challenges by working directly with relevant team members in Customer Service, Product Management and Operations

  • Complete and update weekly sales reports

  • Participate in weekly and monthly update/sales meetings

  • Engage in and actively participate in on-going sales and product training seminars

  • Must be 100% bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written

  • Associates Degree in Marketing, Management or related field preferred

  • Minimum of three years in outbound telesales or other relevant work related experience required

  • Must be proficient of MS Word and Excel (pivot tables)

  • Knowledge of Oracle preferred

  • Must be willing to travel 25% domestic and international
