DescriptionJob Summary: Looking to work for a fast paced and rapidly growing company? We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with a flexible schedule for a manufacturing company in the Twinsburg, OH area. The main responsibilities of this role will include providing administrative support, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents for required permits. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule to work part-time, hours are flexible. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, M-F, $13-13.75/hr.
- Following up with customers to schedule and confirm appointments.
- Completing all paperwork required for building permits.
- Managing schedules for a team of technicians.
- Additional administrative support task as needed.
Working hours: M-F, 1st Shift
--Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative support experience.
--Experience with working with technicians/installers is beneficial.
--Ability to work either part-time or full-time between the hours of 8am-5pm.
--Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with little room for error.
