Randstad is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. This position requires outstanding communication skills over the phone. The perfect candidate to be considered for this opportunity must be able to perform the following duties:

- Communications: Provide excellent customer service and making phone calls to existing customers to answer questions regarding their purchased orders.

- Sales: Must feel comfortable offering new products and ask questions to generate new orders

-Time Management: Balance administrative data entry with phone sales activities

- Hourly rate: $12.00 12.50

Working hours: Monday- Friday


--High School diploma

--1-5 years of experience in retail sales, customer service and administrative assistant duties

--Experience with Sales (in person or phone a must)

--Ability to type 45 WPM to perform data entry

--Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

--Reliable communication skills in English
