We are looking for dynamic and goal oriented Bilingual Bank Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our team! You will help support our client, a nationally recognized and well-respected insurance company in the Tempe area- Rio Salado Parkway/Scottsdale Road off 202.

Successful Bilingual Bank Call Center Representatives will have the potential to become a full-time employee of our client, within this quickly growing organization, after a minimum of six months of successful performance.
You will play a BIG role in the customer experience by:
-Being the front-line of communication with existing bank customers
-Building strong relationships with bank customers that strengthen their trust in the bank
-Accepting and processing customer transactions/inquiries accurately and efficiently within established metrics
-Ensuring the initial impression of the bank is ALWAYS positive and friendly
-Exemplifying empathy, confidence and a solution focused mentality
Daily Duties include but not limited to:
-Manage inbound calls from existing bank customers and field agents.
-Assist bank customers with simple to complex inquiries involving savings and checking accounts, ATM issues, CD and money market accounts.
-Assist customer field agents and their support staff in navigating loan/deposit accounts and applications
-Provide first call resolution, while following strict procedures that meet compliance guidelines
Working hours: Training: 8 weeks M-F 8a-4:30p, Flexible availability
Skills and Qualifications
-Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries
-Ability to adjust performance, quickly, based on management feedback/coaching
-Excellent phone and communication skills
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize search tools to find information
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to effectively listen and elicit information from the customer
-Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
-Effective time management and organizational skills
-Punctuality/Consistent attendance is a critical success factor
-Call center experience a plus but not required
-1+ yr. Customer Service experience in person or over the phone
-Previous banking experience a plus, but not required
-Stable work history
8 weeks, Mon-Fri 8:00 am-4:30 pm. MUST be available to attend the entire paid training class
After training, you will be assigned a shift based on customer business need anywhere from 5:30 am-10:00 pm M-F, and may include a Saturday or Sunday and holidays
Next Training Class Begins: 10.9.17
Pay rate: $13.50/hour
