DescriptionThis job requires you to be a Microsoft Excel Whiz! Please apply if you enjoy working in spreadsheets and completing complicated tasks in Excel. This is a temp to perm opportunity located in the Chandler/ Tempe area, with normal working hours, M-F 8AM-5PM and provides administrative support for an entire warehouse facility. Ideally this individual will have HR experience.
Job Duties include:
-Approve timecards for temp and perm employees
-Responsible for facilitating new hire onboarding and new hire orientation
-Responsible for labor invoices
-Keep an inventory of all office supplies and office equipment
-Scheduling contract/ vendor work
-Act as a point of contact for facility maintenance issues
-Handle and distribute incoming mail for office and warehouse
Working hours: 8AM-5PM
-Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Outstanding Microsoft Office, especially Excel, skills
