DescriptionOur client, a legal support provider located in the West Shore business district, is seeking a permanent production assistant to assist in their busy document services department. A few details of the role include:

High volume intake of legal documents via email and hard copy.

Scanning, re-assembling and uploading of documents.

Printing, collating, packaging and shipping time-sensitive orders.

Providing a high level of client service via email and telephone correspondence.

Working hours: 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday


Previous experience in legal document imaging and processing is preferred.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe, MS Outlook is required.

Possesses a sense of urgency and can thrive in a dead line driven environment.
