DescriptionWe're currently recruiting for an Office Clerk for a Temp to Hire position in the Stockton area. The right candidate will have at minimum a high school diploma, and 3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent education. Schedule: Monday through Friday
Terms: Temp to Perm
Compensation: 13 - 14
- Greet visitors as they come in.
- Answer inbound calls and determining if you can assist the customer over the phone or transfer the call to the appropriate extension
- Dispatching drivers in and out of the facility - assigning paperwork and directing to correct loading dock.
- Responsible for daily deliveries from USPS, FedEx, UPS etc.
- Preform various clerical tasks as needed - filing, making photocopies, ordering office supplies, sending faxes, etc
- Update, maintain, and enforce all receiving and shipping appointment schedules and post them daily for all to see.
- Offer Administrative Support to President, SVP and COO as needed.
Working hours: Monday through Friday 7am - 330pm
Skills and Qualifications:
- Receptionist: 1-3 years
- Shipping and Receiving: 1-3 years (pref)
- Schedule Appointments: 1-2 years
- Administrative Assistance: 1-2 years
