We are looking for a leader, someone with direction and a vision that will have the perseverance to take our business to the next level in Freight Logistics. The right candidate for this position will be a hands on leader during the first several months, working and learning what we do, how we run our business and what we are successful at. Within a year the right candidate will have the opportunity to all responsibilities of the business. These responsibilities will eventually include: Operations, Sales, Accounting, and HR.

They will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of operations. They will identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short-term and long-term goals.


Develops, meets and exceeds goals set by President. Responsible to grow and maintain a profitable operation and team in the freight brokerage industry. Responsible to ensure that all people, assets, and technology being used in the operation are used as efficiently as possible.

Working hours: 40+ Hrs



--Knowledge and solid experience of Freight Brokerage Operations and Regulations is mandatory.

--Serve as resource for branch staff, customers, or prospects.

--Develop and drive business plans to grow business for the office.

--Actively seek and build new opportunities with customers.

--Manage day to day operations including shifts and absence times.

--Daily follow up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers.

--Assist other Managers with achievement of both quantitative and qualitative department goals.

--Monitor learning and development of your team and ensure career planning and progression of each member in your team.

--Setup and Maintain Operational SOPs.

--Other duties may be assigned.


--Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

--Excellent time management and organizational skills.

--Excellent interpersonal skills.

--Extremely organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time.

--Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics or a related field preferred.

--2+ years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics / transportation industry with a focus on Freight Brokerage required.

--1+ years of experience managing operations and P&L sheets.

--Experience in business development.

--Personnel management experience.

--Computer proficiency in MS Office tools (Exchange, Excel & Word).
