DescriptionSeeking a person to be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and incoming calls. If you are energetic, passionate about customer service and self-motivated, then please read on. This administrative position requires an articulate communicator who can maintain a positive demeanor while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls; greeting customers and visitors in a professional manner; assisting with processing weekly accounts payable, copying, invoicing and processing mail for the branch.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm


Qualifications include:

Minimum 2 years experience in office administration

Proficient computer skills including MS Excel and Outlook

Fast and accurate data entry skills

Pleasant demeanor and good phone voice

Minimum high school diploma required; training beyond high school preferred
