Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. during daylight savings time, which is normally early March-early November.From early November to early March, you must be willing to work 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Start: September

What you’ll be doing:

Customers call into our call center and speak to our customer service team. You’ll answer their questions about financial products and services.You’ll be much more than just part of a call center, you’ll be a technical subject matter expert (paid training provided) who helps retain and grow our customer base.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with business experience and/or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong client focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Responsive to feedback and ability to be coached to improve job performance.

  • Self-motivated and overall drive to succeed.

  • Professional and articulate presentation.

  • Ability to work will with others and participate in a team environment

Additional Details:

  • 3 week training provided by Vanguard University and Retail Services Support Team. Hours during training - 8:30- 5:00 Monday through Friday;

  • 100% attendance required during the first 6 weeks.

  • Occasional overtime available based on business needs.
